Maria Grazia Pani è titolare della cattedra di Canto Lirico presso il Conservatorio “Nino Rota” di Monopoli.

Il suo insegnamento è basato sulla tecnica dell’antica scuola del Belcanto Italiano, fondata sul corretto utilizzo del fiato e della “maschera” .

Rivolge la sua ricerca ai rapporti  tra canto e respirazione, articolazione e risonanza, “luce” e morbidezza” del suono, rotondità e cavità,  intonazione ed estensione,potenziale della voce  e  sua effettiva manifestazione, con un attenzione particolare allo “stile” e al modo di “porgere” il suono.

Attenta alla scelta del repertorio  e alle caratteristiche di ogni voce, tiene lezioni di Prassi Esecutiva curando lo stile e l’estetica del suono relativa ai diversi repertori: barocco, classico, belcantistico, verdiano, pucciniano, verista, francese, tedesco, moderno, sacro e cameristico.

Docente apprezzata e affermata nel panorama internazionale, ha formato cantanti italiani e  stranieri provenienti da ogni parte del mondo (Italia, Corea, Turchia, Cina), che si sono laureati con il massimo dei voti.Alcuni di loro calcano importanti palcoscenici, altri si sono dedicati con successo all’insegnamento.

Ha curato  diverse “messainscena” come regista  per dar modo ai ragazzi di debuttare un ruolo in forma scenica. (Cosi Fan Tutte di Mozart, Bastiano e Bastiana di Mozart, La clemenza di Tito di Mozart, Le Nozze di Figaro)

Tiene Masterclass di Perfezionamento e  di Approfondimento della Tecnica vocale.

Maria Grazia Pani is Professor  at the Conservatory “Nino Rota” of Monopoly.
His teaching is based on the technique of the old school of the Italian Belcanto, founded on the proper use of the breath and the “mask”.
She turns his research to the relationship between singing and breathing, articulation and resonance, “light” and softness “of the sound, intonation and extension, potential of the voice, with a particular attention to the “style” and how to “turn” the sound.
She is attentive to the choice of repertoire and the characteristics of each voice, she gives lessons of Practice Executive treating the style and aesthetics of sound relative to the different repertoires: baroque, classical, bel canto, Verdi, Puccini, realistic, contemporary.
Professor appreciated and affirmed in the international scene, has trained singers Italians and foreigners from all over the world (Korea, Turkey, China), who graduated with honors.
Some of them tread important stages, others are dedicated to teaching successfully.
